All marketing contract services are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time with a 30 day notice and final payment to off board.
For video production projects, a full refund of 100% is available with a 60-day notice prior to the scheduled production date. A 50% refund is available with a 30-day notice prior to the scheduled production date.
Please note that any expenses incurred by GoLive Tampa Bay prior to a cancellation, such as equipment rentals, crew fees, or pre-production costs, may be deducted from the refund amount.
All content created by GoLive Tampa Bay, including but not limited to videos, images, written content, and digital designs, is the exclusive property of GoLive Tampa Bay and is protected by copyright laws.
We grant our clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media created for their personal and business purposes, subject to the terms of our agreement.
Any other use of the media, including but not limited to, resale, redistribution, or modification, requires prior written consent from GoLive Tampa Bay.
